Momordica-A.k.a. "bitter melon." Bitter melon is native to Africa but is quite popular in Chinese medicine. This fruit is thought to have antibiotic, antiviral and anticancer qualities. I see no direct link between bitter melon and penis enlargement or enhanced sexual virility.

Apigenin and Amla: Apigenin is found in parsley and celery and is believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Amla, a.k.a.
