Does jelqing work? You wouldn't believe how many letters we get asking that very question - it seems to be the big question on every man's mind these days (and maybe even a few women's). Since there's been so much debate on this topic we figured the only way to finally settle this would be to obtain some authentic photos indicating penis size before and after jelqing. We found a few volunteers who offered to 'model' for some photos to document their penis size before and after a month of following a straightforward jelqing routine. We recommend also checking out the penis size chart to put the growth your personally striving for in perspective.
Before we get to the photos, let's talk a little bit about the jelqing technique.
Although it has become very popular in recent years, the origins of jelqing trace back hundreds of years to tribes that practiced a very similar exercise in hopes of increasing penis size and fertility. In its most common modern form, jelqing involves making what is referred to as the 'ok' grip, by touching the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger. Using a small amount of lubrication, the penis is then brought to a semi-erect state, so that some blood is flowing in, but without forming a hard erection. Grasping the base of the penis with the ok grip with moderate pressure, the grip is pushed toward the head of the penis, where it is released and the process is repeated. Take a look at these before and after photos. The first one's are of our volunteers before doing any sort of penis exercises. The others are the results of a month of jelqing on a daily basis. As you can see, the difference is night and day. We're confident that this is the empirical evidence everyone has been asking about. Does jelqing work? You bet it does.
