Homosexual Men, Penis Enlargement, & Penis Size
It is truly one of the absurdities of penis enlargement literature that it is so singularly focused on heterosexual men. Why would it be just heterosexual men that are concerned with penis size? While penis enlargement studies and articles focus exclusively on men who are concerned that their penis is not large enough to please a woman, they are completely missing the fact that many homosexual men are just as concerned that their penis is not large enough to please another man. It is important that we include gay men in the discourse surrounding penis enlargement.

A recent study published in the British Medical Journal concluded that homosexual men are actually more concerned with penis size than are straight men – a fact that would go completely unnoticed if you read most penis enlargement sites. There is a very large emphasis placed on penis size within gay culture and this is a contributing factor in the high occurrence rate of Small Penis Syndrome amongst gay men. It is important that more research be done in this area – the British Medical Journal piece is an anomaly and has not been suitably tested. Education regarding average size of penis as well as with access to penis enlargement techniques could help decrease the number of cases of SPS amongst gay men.
The Relationship Between Penis Enlargement and Sexual Orientation
Sexual preference for a large penis is common both amongst straight women and gay men and many men (both gay and straight) who have members with smaller than average size may look to find means for obtain a larger penis.
